Gauhati University BEd Entrance Exam 2026
Guwahati University will conduct the gu bed entrance on July 2026 for admission into B.Ed programmes for the session 2026-28. Candidates must qualify the GUBEDCET-2026 to enroll into 2 years B.Ed course in various colleges which are affiliated to Guwahati University.

GU BED Entrannce 2026 Eligibility criteria
Only the candidates who fulfill the required Eligibility Criteria prescribed by National Counsel for Teacher Education (NCTE) can seat in gauhati university bed entrance test 2026 . A candidate must check the eligibility criteria before filling up the application form.

- A candidate may be allowed to appear in the GUBEDCET-2026 that he/she has passed the B.A / B.Sc. / B.Com. or MA/ MSc/M.Com or equivalent degree programmed from a recognized Board/University with at least 50% marks (or 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PW
- All the candidates who are appearing final year of examination can also apply the same.
NOTE: Eligibility criteria will be verified by the respective colleges/institution before admission. A candidate can’t claim B.Ed admission without fulfilling the eligibility criteria of NCTE though his/her name appears in the merit list prepared by Gauhati University.
