To enhance the social and economic empowerment of the rural poor of Assam under the department of Panchayat & Rural Development of Assam, ASRLM will release notification for recruitment of – posts under the following categories

1. Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRIM).
2. Deendayal Upadhyaya – Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY).
3. National Rural Economic Transformation Project (NRETP).

Assam State Rural Livelihood Mission (ASRLM) Recruitment 2025

1. The candidate can apply online for the following posts on contractual basis in Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission Society under Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana —National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM). • 1. Project Manager (Social Development, Knowledge Management & Communication)
• Qualification: Post-Graduate degree
• Required Experience: 5+ years post qualification experience in social/ community development sector out of which 1 year should be in Knowledge Management & Communication.
• 2. Project Manager (Non Farm Livelihoods)
• Qualification: Post-Graduate degree
• Required Experience: 5+ years post qualification relevant experience in social/community development sector, out of which at least I year should be in Non-Farm Livelihoods.
• 3. Project Manager (HR)
• Qualification: Post-Graduate degree
• Required Experience: 5+ years post qualification experience in Social/ Community development sector out of which at least 1 year should be in HR management. OR 5+ years post qualification experience in HR management.
• 4. Project Executive (Management Information System)
• Qualification: MCA/ MSc-lT or BE- Computer Science/ B. Tech Computer Science
• Required Experience: 3+ years post qualification experience in MIS related works in Govt./Private sector. 5. Project Executive (Monitoring & Evaluation)

• Qualification: MCA/ MSc-lT or BE- Computer Science/ B. Tech Computer Science
• Required Experience: 3+ years post qualification experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) related works in Govt. / Private sector. Candidates with experience in documentation. reporting. data analysis and online monitoring activities in Social/ Community Development projects, working knowledge of data management software will be given preference.

2 ASRLM Recruitment 2025 for National Rural Economic Transformation Project (NRETP)

1. Project Manager (Livelihoods Training & Capacity Building)

Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in Agriculture/ Agri business management/ Rural Management/ Rural Marketing/ Social Sciences

Required Experience: Minimum 5 years Post qualification Experience in a large size livelihood development project or in reputed industry at middle management level, responsible for development of training materials, manuals for Staff, community resource persons and community for livelihoods activities, of which minimum 3 years should be in development and implementation of training and capacity building programs.

Qualification: Post-Graduate degree.

Required Experience: 3+ years post qualification experience in Social/ Community development sector out of which at least 1 year should be on domain like Institution Building of Community Federations, Capacity Building, Social Development etc.

Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in Rural Development Management Master in Social work

Required Experience: 0-2 years post qualification experience.
