Assam TET Application Form 2026

Assam Teacher Eligibility Test (TET)  is conducted by DEE for the appointment of  teachers in Lower primary and upper primary schools. Lower Primary is from class (1- 5) whereas the upper primary teacher is from class (6 to 8).

Cadidates who are going to appear for TET 2026 should apply online through the official website dee.assam.gov.in. It is mandatory to qualify this TET Exam to become a teacher in Assam. To appear in Teacher Eligibility Test exam applicants need to fill up the application form before the mentioned date.

Assam TET 2025 Application fee

The application fee structures for unreserved category and other reserved category like SC/ST/OBC/PWD are as mentioned in the table box below. Applicants can pay the application fee in online mode through debit card, credit card, net banking, internet banking phone pay etc.

Assam LP UP TET syllabus 2025

Assam Teachers Eligibility Test carries out for two papers. i.e. paper 1 and paper 2. The paper 1 is conduced for primary teachers from class 1 to class 6 whereas the paper 2 is for upper primary as for class 6 to 8 class teacher. There are total 150 marks for each level LP and UP and the total number of questions is 150 for both paper. So each question carries 1 mark. In addition there are no any negative marks for attempting any wrong queries. The total 150 questions are asking from five different subjects. Assam TET Exam Pattern 2025

• Applicants need to appear Assam Tet exam offline.
• Exam duration is 150 Minutes hence 2 hours 30 minutes for each paper i.e paper 1 and paper 2.
• Applicants have to attempts all questions multiples choice question (MCQ).
• The total questions -150.
• Each Question- 1 mark.
• There is no negative mark system in Assam TET 2025.
• Paper I- 30 questions from each topic.
• For upper Primary the subject Mathematics and Social Science will have 60 questions whereas there will be 90 questions from other three remaining subjects.

Assam TET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants can apply Assam Teacher Eligibility Test 2025 who will fulfil the eligibility criteria mentioned by the Assam government. Any candidate apply for TET without fulfilling the eligibility criteria. Their application form will be cancelled as well as a legal action may take against for such conduct. 1. Visit the official webpage of Sarva shiksha Abhiyan i.e. dee.assam.gov.in.
2. On the home page of the website open the link registration opens it.
3. Start to fill the registration form carefully and click the submit button after that you will get the registration number and password it will be sent to your registration mobile and email id.
4. Then loginyour account by entering your login and password you have generated.
5. Fill all the details of your personal information, educational qualifications marks etc.
6. Then upload your passport size photograph and signature in as per the required size mentioned.
7. Last step is to pay the required amount of application fee.
8.  After completing the application form and payment takes a print out of application form for future.
