CTET Passing Mark 2024
Candidates who are able to qualify CTET exam is awarded with CTET Certificate. According to the NCTE Norms, a candidate who scores 60% or more in the TET exam will be considered as TET pass. However, qualifying concessions is provided to the candidates belonging to SC/ST,OBC, differently abled persons, etc. in accordance with their existing reservation policy. Applicants should give weightage to the CTET scores in the teachers’ recruitment process however, qualifying or passing the CTET exam would not confer a right on any individuals for recruitment as it is only one of the eligibility criteria for appointment/ empoyement.
To get selection in teachers recruitment process, applicants need to score at least minimum cut of mark or above as now a days CTET exam is a very competitive examination. Following are the cut of marks is giving.

CTET Cut off Marks 2024
The CTET Cut off Marks is determined and released by CBSE on their official website along with declaration of the CTET Scorecard 2024.
If a candidates compete the minimum qualifying marks as indicated above are considered as CTET Pass. As you know that CTET Cut off marks refers the required qualifying marks that must be scored in order to pass ctet examination.
The CTET cut of marks for the candidates who are UR/ un-reserved category is 60% that is 90 marks. And for the Reserved category candidates such as OBC/ST/SC etc. is 55% that is 82 marks.
There are many aspects that influences the determination of CTET Cut off marks. These are-
- Total Number of candidates who attained in the exam
- Difficulty level of exam papers.
- Number of candidates who have qualified for the exam. Etc.

CTET Passing percentage 2024
Last year, in 2023 the passing Percentage of the candidates for Paper -1 was approximately 24.64% whereas in paper-2 it was approximately 8.67. The average ctet passing percentage was 16.80%. It is the clear indication of CTET paper difficulty levels.
