The Directorate of Elementary Education (DEE) Assam has published 1st and 2nd provisional Merit List on 3rd & 8th May 2023 respectively. After Successfully completing the Grievance on 15th and 16th May. The concerned authority FINALY RELEASED DEE Assam Final Merit list 2023 . All the candidate who has successfully gone through this recruitment process for LP and UP Regular teacher post of 5320 under DEE can check their name in the Final merit list 2023. LATEST: DEE 2nd provisional Merit List of Lower Primary and Upper Primary has published 8 May 2023 on DEE website. Now the 3rd merit list which is the final list of DEE is (released Now) on 23rd May . The link has been updated on this page accordingly. Candidates whose name appear in the Final Merit List, the appointment letters will be distributed to them on 25th May in offline as well as in online at Gauhati Khanapara field around 3.00 PM. Dee Assam Final merit list will be available very soon. After releasing provisional merit list. The Directorate of Elementary Education (DEE) will publish the final merit List 2023 in official website @dee.assam.gov.in. So that the appointment letter can be given to the selected candidates within May 2023. You can download appointment letters through the direct link DEE LP UP Appointment Letters 2023. As we know that the application process for 5320 posts of Lower Primary and Upper Primary Teachers has been completed before 9^th March 2023. The Directorate of elementary Education has also been completed the physical document verification from 14^th to 24 March. And published 1st Provisional Merit list on 3rd May at Midnight. Now they are ready to publish the Final selection list on their official website @dee.assam.gov.in.

Candidates whose name appears in the 1st provisional merit list, published on 3rd May 2023. Their name will also be appeared in the 2nd provisional merit list. However, few candidate may include in the Final merit list as grievance addressed on 4th and 5th May 2023. It is to be noted that, Any adverse report resulting from verification of the documents regarding fake or forged documents submitted by the candidates will automatically lead to cancellation of candidature as mentioned in the advertisement. The Appointment letters will be provided only to the candidates whose names appear in the Final Select List 2033. And the Provisional Merit List will automatically stand cancelled After the publication of the DEE Final Merit list List 2023. Check the instruction below.

Important Point related to provisional Merit List 2023

1. Any adverse report resulting from verification of the documents regarding fake or forged documents submitted by the candidates will automatically lead to cancellation of candidature as mentioned in the advertisement.

2. The Provisional Merit List will automatically stand cancelled on publication of the Final Select List. Appointment letters will be issued only to the candidates whose names appear in the Final Select List.
3. Any claim for appointment on the basis of Provisional Merit List/s will not be entertained.
4. Any genuine grievance along-with documentary evidence regarding the
   Provisional Merit List will be addressed on 4 & 5 May, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 2:00
   PM in the Conference Hall of the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19.

The provisional as well as final merit list will be released in pdf format. Applicants can download the list district wise as the merit list is separate for each district as available below.

The First phase of Assam Teacher Recruitment for 9354 post of LP UP Regular teacher has to be completed before 31^st March 2022. But the first provisional merit list released on April and the final merit list released on 11th May 2022.  In the Second phase recruitment, the total post of 5320 for which the online application started from 17/02/2023 and continues until 09/03/2023. The DEE Assam 2nd provisional Merit list 2023 has not release yet. However, it is expected that the Dee Final merit list for for Lower Primary and Upper Primary will be available on 8th May (Midnight) 2023.
