DEE Physical Document Verification

The Directorate of Elementary Education has released a new notification along with all the instruction related to document verification 2023. See the notification provided below at this page. According to the notification.

1. A list of the candidates has been published on the official website for A Physical Document Verification. They need to be present as per the Venue, Date and Time as follows:

1. Venue: Knowledge Centre, Dairy Development Department, Assam Khanapara, Guwahati – 22

1. Date: 14th March to 24th March, 2023
2. Time: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

1. Those Applicants must bring the copy of the Online Application Form along with all relevant original documents and a self-attested photocopy set during the physical document verification process as per schedule given above.

1. Any adverse report resulting from verification of the documents regarding fake or forged documents submitted by the candidates will automatically lead to cancellation of candidature as mentioned in the advertisement.
2. The Provisional Merit List will automatically stand cancelled on publication of the Final Select List. Appointment letters will be issued only to the candidates whose names appear in the Final Select List.
3. Any claim for appointment on the basis of Provisional Merit List/s will not be entertained.
4. Any genuine grievance along-with documentary evidence regarding the Provisional Merit List will be addressed on 4 & 5 May, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 2:00
   PM in the Conference Hall of the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19.
