The Department of Elementary Education of Assam has released the official notification for documents verification for candidates who have applied for 5550 posts of LP and UP Teachers. DEE has also published 3rd list of candidates who are calling for verification. All the candidate whose name appeares in the list of selected candidates for DEE LP UP Physical document verification against their preference district must attend verification venue on the mentioned date and time. The required documents that need to carry along with them are also mentioning below.
Assam DEE Verification List 2025
Department of elementary Education (DEE) Assam has released the verification list for 3rd Phase of Physical Documents Verification 2025. Candidates, who have successfully applied against Advertisement vide No. 383723/117 & No. 383723/124 dated 26/12/2023 for recruitment to the post of Regular Teachers in LP & UP Schools under dee. DEE , Assam has released the 3rd verification list of candidates for Physical Document Verification (3rd list of phase 2 DVD) at dee.assam.gov.in. candidates can downlaod dee 3rd verification list 2025 through the links below.
Candidates having specific grievance about 2nd phase verification list can visit the Conference Hall, Directorate of Elementary Education from 18th to 19th July 2025.

Candidates need to bring all original educational, professional qualification and other relevant documents issued by competent authority along with online application Form. If any candidate absent during this PDV will be rejected from their candidature, read the notification for more details.
Physical Document Verification LP UP
Candidates who have applied for Lower Primary and Upper Primary teachers post under DEE must read the official notification and should attain the venue on time. According to the notification, the verification process is starting from 20 March and continue till 11 April 2025 in two different phases. The first phase of dee lp up physical verification was started from 20th March and continued till 29th March 2025. And the second phase verification started from 27 June and continue till 08 July 2025.
The second phase verification process was postponed due to high court order. The new date for DEE LP UP physical verifiaction has released by the Education Department. Earlier the verifiaction date was 1st April to 11th April 2025. The second phase verification date along with the list of candidates is available now by the authority at dee.assam.gov.in.

DEE Assam LP UP Verification Documents 2025
The applicants must present the address for Physical Document Verification along with the following documents.
- Print Copy of Online Application form
- Your Photoghraph
- Certificate and Marksheet of ATET or CTET
- All relevant educational documents such as-
- HSLC Admit Card
- HSSLC (Class 12) Mark sheet and Certiffcate
- Marte sheet and Certiffcate of your graduation
- Marksheet and Certiffcate of higher education such as Post Graduation (if any)
- DELED/B.Ed Marksheet of 1st Year & and 2nd, and Certificate
- Caste Certiffcate (if any)
- Domicile/Documents in support of Permanent Resident of Assam.
- Disability Certificate (If any)
- Certificate of Ex-Serviceman, (If any)
- etc.
The verification process will take place from 10:00 am to 1:30 Pm and 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM. The candidates shall be allowed to enter the venue from 9:00 AM onwards. Candidates must attain the verification venue as per the date schedule available at the official website along with supportive documents. Only the candidate will be allowed inside the venue.
