The Director of Elementary Education (DEE) Assam has released the most waited advertisement on 26th December, 2023, inviting online application for filling up of 3800 vacancies of Assistant Teacher of LP Schools and 1750 vacancies of Assistant Teacher, Science Teacher and Hindi Teacher of UP Schools under the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam. The online application process has started from 2nd January and continues till 2nd February 2024. Online application process has already started for the recruitment of Assistant teachers Lower Primary and Upper Primary on January 2, 2024. Important Points of DEE LP UP Recruitment 2024
- Reservation of vacancies for women is mandated by . “The Assam Women (Reservation of Vacancies in Services and Posts) Act, 2005” and its 2010 amendment.
- There will be reservation of vacancies for Ex-Servicemen. (On the basis of certificate issued by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board) as per existing rules.
- While filling in the online application form. Candidates will get the opportunity to indicate/ chose names of 3 (three) districts in order of their preference. The software will automatically select the best option out of the preferences submitted by them.
- Candidates should be cautious while submitting the online application. As once the online application with their choices./ preferences is submitted against a particular Roll Number,. They will not be allowe d to submit the online application for second time.
- After submitting the online application, the candidate must keep the printout of the online application form for all future references.
- Canvassing directly or indirectly will lead to cancellation of candidature.
- The office will not be responsible for any lapse in submission of online application due to any technical problem.
