DEE Assam Special Educators Recruitment 2025
Application process for the engagement of special educators in Lower primary (LP) and upper primary (UP) schools will be activated on 28 August 2025 from 10:00 am onwards. Applicants who has qualified ATET or CTET examinations and have other qualification will be able to submit online forms upto 30 September 2025 at dee website.
Candidates should have qualified ATET/CTET for lower primary to apply for lower primary posts and ATET/CTET for upper primary to apply for upper primary posts.
In addition, either L1 or L2 or both ATET and CTET candidate shall match the medium of instruction of the schools, wherein you are willing to apply.
Eligibility Criteria for LP Schools
- Senior Secondary or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks and Diploma in Elementary Education (Special Education) recognised by the RCI.
- Must qualify ATET/CTET for LP schools.
- Moreover, graduate candidates with 2 years Diploma (Special education) with Assam TET/CTET are eligible to apply for LP schools. However, no marks will be giving against graduation course.
Eligibility Criteria for UP Schools
- Applicants must have Graduation with minimum 50% marks and B.Ed (Special Education), recognized by the RCI.
- Must qualify ATET/CTET for UP Schools to apply for UP posts.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit as on 1st August 2025, for UR is 40 years, Ex-serviceman 42 years, OBC/MOBC 43 years, SC/ST(P/ST(H) 45 years and Pwd 50 years.
Special Educators Salary Pay
- LP Schools– Rs.14000 to Rs.70000 plus Grade Pay Rs.7400 and other allowances as admissible as per the government rule.
- UP Schools– Rs.14000 to Rs.70000 plus Grade Pay Rs.8700 and other allowances as admissible as per the government rule.
