DEE Assam Teacher Transfer 2025
The list of teachers who have submitted application form seeking single transfer online through TTMS at https://hrmsassam.in. The State Level Medical Board constituted in the Gauhati Medical College & Hospital, Guwahati – 32 will examine the medical condition of the candidates as per the date schedule published at dee official website.
Assam Teachers Transfer 2025 Overview
Official notification is released by the directorate of elementary education along with the list of candidates who have applied for single transfer on the basis of medical ground. The selected candidates will have to appear in the verification venue along with all the necessary documents as per the date and time.
- Date– 20 August to 29 August 2025
- Time- 09:30 AM onwards
- Venue- Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department Academic Hall (Entry through Gate No. 4) 1st Floor, Gauhati Medical College & Hospital Bhangagarh, Guwahat
Documents for teachers’ verification
The verification list of teachers is available at the official website. Candidates who are selecte d for verification, they must be present in the verification venue as per the date and time. Candidates should bring all the necessary documents in support of their medical ground. Check the official website for more details. - Candidates will have to bring all disease and treatment related documents in original and one photocopy set.
- Investigation reports (not more than 3 months old) from reputed laboratory should be attached in original and one photocopy set.
- The original Aadhar Card and photocopy.
- Candidates are directed to collect the Hospital Registration Card from OPD Counter No. 3 or 4 and report to Medical Board at 9:30 AM positively.
