- Master Degree along with B.Ed degree OR Equivalent qualification from Any Recognized University/ Institutions in India And 8 to12 Years Experience for principal posts.

- Name of Examination- Staff Selection Exam (ESSE-2025)
- Mode of Exam– OMR Based (Pen-Paper) mode
- Tier 1 Exam- MCQ Type
- Tier 2 Exam-descriptive questions and MCQ
- After Tier 2– Interview for the post of Principal and skill test for the post of Junior Secretariat Assistant.

- Tier 1- Preliminary Exam
- Total Marks- 100
- Exam duration- 2 hours
- Reasoning & Numeric Ability- 10 marks
- General Awareness – 10 marks
- Academics and residential aspects

- Administration and Finance – 30 marks
- Language Competency Test (General
- English and General Hindi- 10 marks each)- 20 marks
Tier 2- Preliminary Exam
And Tier -2 exa, will be for Candidates who will be shortlisting in the ratio of 1:10 against the notified
posts on the basis of (Tier 1) Preliminary examination)- Subject Knowledge Examination 2025.
