The application process of Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) started from 30.10.2023. HTET Exam Pattern 2023 Level 1 and 2
Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2023 will be conducted by the Exam authority i.e. The Board of School education Haryana (BSEH) on five different topics 30 marks from each topic. The written exam for each level will be 150 marks in total.
The exam duration is 2 hours 30 minutes. The complete syllabus covering 5 different topics and the marks allotted for each topics are given below.-
Haryana Tet syllabus for primary Teacher (Class 1 to 5)
- Child Development and Pedagogy -total 30 marks.
- Language Paper Hindi and English -total 30 marks.
- Math Reasoning and Haryana GK -30 Marks.
- Mathematics – 30 marks
- Environment (EVS) -30 Marks.
Thus, the syllabus for level 1 (PRT Teachers) covers the five sections each sections carry 30 marks.

Eligibility Criteria for HTET 2024
There are certain eligibility criteria for Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) mentioned by The Board of School education Haryana (BSEH). The entire candidate who wants to be a government teacher in various schools at Haryana state must full the eligibility Criteria mentioned by BSEH. The Eligibility Criteria for htet 2023 are mentioned below.
Educational Qualification
- Level 1 for PRT Teachers from class 1 to class 5 must have passed 12th class with having at least 50% marks. And Diploma in Elementary Education (DELEd).
- Level 2 for TGT teachers from class 6 to 8: Must have Bachelor Degree from any stream along with Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or (DELEd).
- Level 3 for PGT Teachers above class 8 should have Masters Degree (M.A, Msc or equivalent to it) along with Bachelor In education (B.Ed).
Age Limit For htet
Candidate must be between the ages of 18 year to 38 years old.
How to apply HTET Application form 2023
Applicants need to follow the following steps for online htet application form.
Step: Fill the registration form
- Visit the official website first of htet www.haryanatet.in or bseh.org.in.
- Open the given link htet application form 2023.
- Select the level i.e. PRT/TGT/PGT.
- Fill up the complete registration form by entering required credentials i.e. personal details and educational qualifications.
- Your registration number and password will be provided to your email account that you mentioned during registration process.
- Note down your registration number and password for future use.
Step 2: Upload photograph, Signature and Thumb impression
- The applicants have to upload their passport size photograph, signature and thumb impression.
