The written entrance test for admission into PhD programme under ssuhs will be conducted on 01/11/2025. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their online form on or before 24 September 2025.

SSUHS PhD Entrance Eligibility Criteria 2025
Before apply online, the applicants are suggesting to read the advertisement and the instructions carefully and make sure that they fulfil all the eligibility criteria for phd programme.
- Candidates seeking admission to the Ph.D programme shall have master’s degree or equivalent degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate.
- A relaxation of 5% marks may provide to the reserved category candidates such as ST/SC/OBC/PWD/EWS and other categories of candidates as per the regulation of UGC.
- Applicants awarded DNB (Diplomate of National Board) are also eligible for pursuing the PHD Course.
- Candidates who have qualified UGC NET, JRF SET,GATE, teacher fellowship holder are exempted from appearing entrance exam. However, exempted candidates will have to appear in the interview.

Documents required for SSUHS PhD Entrance exam 2025
Before applying online, applicants need to keep ready the self-attested soft copy of the necessary documents available in the google form. Following is the list of documents that may need during application form.
- valid E-mail id and mobile number.
- Passport size photographs
- Self-attested photocopies of Master’s Degree Marksheet and Certificate.
- Self-attested photocopies of SSUHS Registration Certificate (for candidates already registered with SSUHS. Others, if selected, shall submit the same within 1 year after provisional registration.
- No Objection Certificate’ (NOC) from employer if employed.
- Certificate of qualification in UGC-NET (including JRF) / CSIR-UGC NET (including JRF) / SET / GATE / Teacher Fellowship holder.
- Caste certificate, if any etc.
How to apply for SSUHS PhD Entrance Exam 2025
Interested candidates should apply online through the google form link available at ssuhs website and submit the filled in application form along with fee receipt and other relevant documents before 24th September, 2025.
In addition, Hard copies of the application form with relevant documents submitted in the Google Form should be sent to the Registrar (Academic), Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Narakasur Hilltop, Bhangagarh, Guwahati-781032.
