The State level counselling list of the selected candidates contains the name of candidates, TET Roll Number, Category, Registration number. Candidates need to attain the venue physically along with the documents as mentioned below. It is suggested to check the date of counselling carefully.
The board OF Primary Education has released the notification about counselling for candidates who were not empanelled in the relevant district-wise panels despite being listed in the State-wide Merit List for the 2022 recruitment process. Counselling Venue
The counselling sessions will take place at the office of the WBBPE, situated at “Acharya Prafulla Chandra Bhawan“, DK-7/1, Bidhannagar, Sector-II, Kolkata – 700091.
Candidates who find themselves in this released list at the official website are suggested to attend the counselling session as per their position in the State-wide Merit List.
For those not called in this phase for counselling, it is advise d to wait for further notification from the WB Teacher Recruitment board 2024.
Necessary Documents
To ensure a complete counselling process, applicants must bring the following original documents along with self-attested copies as guided to the notification.
- Admit Card of the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET).
- Downloaded Document of TET qualification.
- Admit Card of Madhyamik Pariksha/Certificate thereof as proof of age.
- Mark sheet & Certificate of Madhyamik or its equivalent examination.
- Mark sheet and Certificate of Higher Secondary or its equivalent examination.
- Mark sheet and Certificate of Two-Year D. El. Ed./D. Ed. (Special Education).
- Mark sheet and Certificate of Graduation (if applicable).
- Caste Certificate (if applicable).
- PH certificate (if applicable).
- First engagement letter (if applicable).
- Experience certificate of a para-teacher (if applicable).
- Voter ID/Aadhaar Card.
